I have a Decree Absolute and a Consent Order going through the BSE court. I know a few months ago there was a 20 week lead time to get consent orders back but I also read that Nightingale courts had been opened to help with the backlog. Does anyone have any more recent information on how long these are taking to process?
This is the most recent work updae from BSE:
We are currently issuing the majority of new divorce petitions within 10 working days.
We are currently processing the majority of Help with Fees applications within 5 working days.
We are currently processing the majority of Decree Nisi listing within 10 working days from the date they are received.
Applications for Decree Absolute are processed on the date of receipt, please allow 5 working days to ensure the order reaches you.

The NIghtingale Courts only opened last week and as yet, I've not heard anything about the efficiency (or lack of!) of these courts.
